takes about 15 minutes or less once you get use to it.

Okay I did take pics and record how I did this and what they look like when I was done. I just have to figure out how and when to put it up. Hehe I do not know how to access my SD card from the laptop yet.

SOOOOOOoooOOoOo My kids is allergic to everything. HEEEEE LOVESSSS Chicken Nuggets! he cannot live without chicken nuggets. This is a problem. Store bought chicken nuggets = unknown chicken meat= preservatives, hormones= lots of stuff your kid should not already be eating on top of food allergies.
OKay so this is peanut free, EGG FREE, gluten free, wheat free, nuts free, soy free, MILK free.... you basically know what is going into this.

First  I bought chicken breasts that are free of hormones and stuff.
Jar of baby food of your choice. I used Green beans and I used sweet potatos another time.
Tapioca flour ( or a flour of your choice but tapioca is what I chose as it is free of all the allergens my son cannot have)
Cube or chunk the chicken, strip it whatever you want.
Dip into green beans (puree, or jarred baby food, I have no time with 4 kids to puree green beans so I buy jarred baby food for this)
Dip into tapioca flour and put into the hot OLIVE OIL pan and fry away.
Olive oil is Gluten free.
these chicken nuggets did the job and filled the void. My son was skeptical at first but now it is acceptable it is better then not having any chicken nuggets at all.
I do not know if I loved them more then my kids as I did eat almost all the first batch.
IT WAS GOOD!
The first batch was sweet potato which the kids did not like but I loved it, you cannot tatse the baby food so i do not know why it made a difference.
The second batch in green beans baby food and 2 out of the 3 (who can eat real food) ate it.
Its pretty quick and pretty easy. To save time with the chicken breasts, I chopped them up and froze them in a bag, HALF way through the freezing process I shook the bag up broke the pieces apart so I could just reach in the freezer and grab a handful of chicken chunks to dip flour and fry.
Gluten free chicken nuggets Fast simple quick and possible. No egg no gluten and no wheat and not processed in a peanut plant is what I need and is what I get with these chicken nuggets!
